Kevin comes to the Grumpy Rabbit with years of experience in the restaurant business. He started at the age of 15, working at Gaston's in Northwest Arkansas. As a graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in English, Kevin began his post-graduate career at Alouettes in Little Rock. He later began working at André's in the Hillcrest neighborhood of the capital city, eventually buying the restaurant and hiring Chef James Hale for his first restaurant position.
In 1995, Kevin sold Andrés and moved to Memphis, working as a director of operations for several famous Beale street establishments. His career then took him to Joe's Crab Shack, where he worked across the US on the corporate level for eight years, and eventually moved to BJ's Brewhouse and back home. Kevin is happy to call The Grumpy Rabbit his work home because he loves being a part of Gigi and Grumpy's vision for the restaurant and Lonoke.
